Credentials

The Credentials section provides an overview of all credentials that have already been created. Here, credentials can be searched, new credentials can be created, and existing ones can be edited or deleted.

The created credentials can be used in projects. To do this, the credentials must be added in the project details in the "Credentials" section. More information can be found in the "Credentials" section of the Project Management page.

Credential List

On the Credentials page, all created login data is listed. The name, type, and update date of the credentials are displayed.

Search Function

Credentials can be searched using a filter function by name, type, or update date. Multiple search terms can also be entered simultaneously to further narrow the search. Clicking on Static (to the right of the search bar) executes the search with the specified criteria.

Sorting and Navigation

The list of credentials can be sorted by the column headers. Clicking on the Static next to the header sorts the list in ascending order, and clicking on the Static sorts it in descending order.

The display elements at the bottom of the page allow navigation through the list of credentials when there are more credentials than can be displayed on a single page. Clicking on the page number or the arrows allows switching to the next or previous page.

Create Credential

New login data can be added by clicking on the plus icon at the top right corner. There are three different types of credentials, which also differ in the available fields. The following tables show which fields can be filled out.

To save, click the Add button, and the created credentials will be added to the list.
