Cleanup failed Jobs

The Failed jobs page provides an overview of all failed or cancelled jobs inside the VC Publisher, older then 7 days.

The page lists all failed or cancelled jobs and allows for deletion / cleanup. If the resume function of the jobs was not used or can not to be used for the listed jobs, the corresponding folders in the file system can be cleaned of the remaining data. The list shows only jobs older than 7 days.

The Failed Cleanup Job cleans the corresponding areas in the file system of the Publisher and deletes the created (temporary) data, base or raw data used for input of task / job will not be affected.

Delete Jobs

Using the checkboxes on the left side of the job list, individual, multiple, or all (the visible jobs in the list) jobs can be selected and deleted using the Static button in the top right corner.

jobs can also be individually deleted from the job detail page (see below).

Search / Filter Jobs

Jobs can be searched and filtered by task id, start time, or end time using the filter function. Multiple search terms can also be entered simultaneously to further narrow down the results. Clicking Static (to the right of the search bar) executes the search with the specified criteria.

Job List

The list can be sorted via the column headers. Clicking next to the header Static sorts the list ascending, clicking again Static sorts it descending. The display elements at the bottom of the page allow you to navigate through the list of jobs if there are more jobs than can be displayed on one page. Clicking the page number or the arrows allows you to switch to the next or previous page.

Checkbox

Checkbox to select individual, multiple, or all jobs for deletion.

Status

Status of the job setting for task execution, displayed in icons (e.g., failure, cancelled).
failure: Static
cancelled: Static

ID

unique id of the job.

Type

Type of the task (e.g., CityGML, Database Import, Panorama).

Start Time

Date and time of job creation.

End Time

Date and time of failing / cancellation.

Project ID

unique id of the project, the job belongs to.

Task ID

unique id of the Task, the job belongs to.
