Shadow Tool - Configuration

The Shadow Tool controls the date and time used for shadow calculations in the 3D map. This section describes the different configuration options.

Clicking on icon edit opens the plugin editor window, which shows the available configuration.

The following options are possible:

General settings

Option	Description
Activate automatically on startup	Determines whether the Shadow Tool is activated automatically when the app starts. If enabled and no initial state (e.g. from a URL) is present, the Shadow Tool is activated and its window is shown automatically. If an initial state is present, the Shadow Tool is activated with this state, but its window remains closed. This setting is disabled by default.
