User Interactions

The concept of user interactions of the App Configurator provides that the start window and the edit components window are developed exclusively to one another. If the edit components window of one module is opened, the start window of the App Configurator closes at the same time.

  • Clicking on icon appConfigurator opens the start window of the App Configurator again and closes the edit components window.

  • Vice versa you can switch back to the edit components window with icon componentEditor.

Unsaved changes will not be lost, but will be marked at the corresponding element.

Organize windows

The App Configurator start window and the edit components window can be freely arranged on the screen at a custom position. The position is saved for the current session and remains the same, even if the window is closed in between. A click on icon dockWindow docks the window back to its original position.
